Hello, my name is Ella-Grace Gregoire I am the founder and creator of Gracia. I am an actress, Social Entrepreneur and Consultant.
My Story
I was born in the North of England just outside of Blackpool.
My passion for acting and performance started at a young age.
Since the age of 12 I have been a presenter on Children's TV , been on shows such as Coronation Street, The Five and Vera and have been in feature films alongside Bill Nighy.
Being in the limelight so young I received lots of negative attention and hate on and offline. I got diagnosed with POCD, depression and anxiety at the age of 15 and tried every tablet they subscribed but nothing worked for me.
After 8 years of extensive research, therapy, Level 3 in workplace health and a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy I recovered myself.
I learnt specific unique methods and techniques that can transform bad mental health.
I believe that society understands the narrative 'it's okay not to be okay' but doesn't quite grasp 'how we can be okay' or how we can prevent going down spirals.
Mental health education is needed now more than ever after the pandemic.
At the age of 17 I opened EGG, an affordable performing arts school.
Growing up outside of Blackpool which is one of the UK's poorest areas, I was tired of seeing underprivileged children not getting opportunities or support and wanted to change that narrative.
I picked up multiple awards for this work along the way including the Global 25 Under 25 award and The Virgin Young Changemaker award.
With a further vision to help and empower others I founded Gracia a consultancy that offers a unique combination of performance coaching and mental health support.
We simultaneously offer to consult on impact and creativity projects.
Gracia's mission is to help individuals achieve their full potential by providing a safe and educational environment to explore their mental health and well-being.
I'm passionate about using my lived experience and performance expertise to help others.
I strongly believe everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health care and aims to use Gracia to create positive change in our society.
